I'm writing an abstract to participate in a conference in Kaunas at VDU.

I want to write about

• Using my theory of emotional response to model the unconscious and the conscious, especially as regards expectations, building on Kahneman's theory.

Daniel Kahneman had roots as a Lithuanian Jew, his parents were from there, and this had a cultural influence on him, as did the Holocaust in Paris.

• Hume: understanding: impressions to idea, sympathy: idea to impressions
• Intuition and logical
• Passive (come to mind on their own) and active
• You already know (prediction)
• Effortless
• Fast and slow
• Suppression of ambiguity
• System 1 and 2 as fictions - don't have a home in the brain - homunculi.
• Substitutes an easy question for a hard question - what does this mean for game theory?
• Does not like abstract subjects of sentences.

Daniel Kahneman and Amos Tversky were the children of Lithuanian Jews and Polish Jews, respectively. They studied in Israel and ultimately moved to the United States.

Abstracts should be 400-600 words long and they should be accompanied with a short bibliography. Abstracts must be prepared for blind review and sent to: phenomenology2018@gmail.com
