I am very disturbed by Russia's invasion of Ukraine. I am grateful for the outpouring of support for Ukrainians.

My question, as a peacemaker, is what can I do to end this war promptly?

I have experience following Jesus's teaching, "Love your enemy". The main idea is to look at everything from my enemy's point of view. Personally, I think of Russian President Vladimir Putin as my enemy. How can I get him to promptly withdraw his troops from Ukraine? Practically speaking,

I learned a lot engaging violent gangs in Chicago. In practice, this means being straightforward, acting step-by-step, being vulnerable, letting them win, letting them teach me, sticking to my principles, and having something to share. For example, a gang may be standing on a corner, I can walk up to a gang and they may insult me. If I take their insults personally, then they may beat me up. But if I look from their point of view,

   engage the people of Russia.
